What Happens When You Call

You will speak with someone who knows dock equipment. We ask what you are seeing, such as a dock leveler that settles slowly, an overhead door that binds partway up, or a vehicle restraint that no longer engages. We also ask how the problem is affecting receiving, so we understand how much downtime you can absorb. If it sounds like a simple adjustment, we say so. If it needs a closer look, we arrange a visit that works around your shipping schedule.

On site, we photograph what we find before any work starts, then again as parts come off and go back on. You get those photos with a written explanation of the repair, so a facility manager, owner or corporate office can see exactly what was done.
